Shipping & returns
How your order travels to you, and what to do if something is not right.
Shipping policy
- Free standard shipping on every order within the United States.
- Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, with delivery typically taking 3 to 7 business days.
- Subscription cartridges ship automatically on your delivery schedule.
Delivery estimates begin from the dispatch date. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us and we will look into it.
Return policy
- If your order is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Unused products in original packaging are eligible for a refund.
- For hygiene reasons, opened filter cartridges can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged on arrival.
To start a return or report a damaged item, contact us with your order details.
Subscriptions
Subscription cartridges ship automatically every 6 months at $40 per delivery. You can skip, pause, or cancel any delivery before it is dispatched, with no minimum commitment.
